Improve Lite
Change your fundraising methods from uncertain and worrisome to predictable and consistent. For small organizations, Improve Lite provides a combination of self-paced learning and supportive coaching for your team; plus suggested reporting methods for tracking progress and creating continuous improvement. Best suited for small and medium-sized nonprofits.
  • Adopt and Implement: Live, interactive coaching so help your with your team, achieve mission impact. Up to three sessions, one per month.
  • Report, Analyze, and Interpret: Stay on top of your team’s fundraising progress, and encourage continuous improvement. This self-paced learning session provides recommended reports and templates. Includes up to three coaching sessions.
  • Reducing the Guesswork: This session is for teams and senior leadership. Did you ever solve a problem, only to have it pop up again? Fine-tune your skills to identify the root cause of the problem.

Improve Pro
For larger, more established nonprofits and fundraising departments. Create consistent, predictable income growth, with exceptional support from leadership and the governing board. All Pro sessions are live and interactive, with a minimum commitment of six months.
  • Growth Coaching for the Fundraising Team: Bi-weekly coaching sessions with the fundraising team and selected leaders to adopt, implement, and refine the newly learned skills.
  • Reducing the Guesswork: Too often, the fundraising team, senior leaders, and the board can be out of sync. Learn how to create effective reporting methods and analyze them to pinpoint areas of improvement.
  • From Good to Great: This session is primarily for managers and leaders of the organization interested in taking their teams to the next level of excellence. Learn the skills of continuous improvement and empower your teams for better results.
